Lash Lifts & Brow Laminations  overall are  generally safe and effective cosmetic procedures, but there are certain contraindications and conditions that may prevent someone from receiving these  services as listed below:

 1. Allergies or Sensitivities: Individuals who have a known sensitivity or allergy to any of the products used during the lash lift or brow lamination  procedures, should not undergo the treatments.

2. Recent Eye Surgery or Recent Eye Injuries: Clients who have undergone eye surgery, such as LASIK or cataract surgery, should avoid the procedures until their eyes have fully healed, and their doctor has given clearance. This includes eyes being irritated from any skin products or removers.

3. Eye Disorders: Individuals with eye disorders, such as glaucoma, alopecia  or retinal issues, should consult with their ophthalmologist before undergoing a lash lift, as it may affect their eye health.

4. Eye Infections or Conditions: Those with active eye infections, such as conjunctivitis (pink eye), styes, or any other eye conditions, should not receive the services  until the infection or condition has completely cleared up. Any active eczema or dermatitis is not permitted.

5. Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: While there isn't conclusive evidence suggesting that keratin lash lifts or brow laminations  are harmful during pregnancy or breastfeeding, some clients may prefer to avoid such treatments during this time due to hormonal changes that can affect the results. Seek the advice of your doctors.

6. Chemotherapy or Radiation Therapy: Clients currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation therapy should avoid these services, as these treatments can make the skin and lashes more sensitive. Need to wait 1 year since their last session of radiation/chemotherapy.
